I know you two are both incredibly immature human beings but you’re 15-17 years old for god’s sake 

obviously you are psychologically damaged from your parents’ divorces beyond what anyone could have predicted…or you just want an excuse to roll around on top of each other 

because siblings are just done “wrestle fighting” by the time they are your age. maybe if they were brothers but not if they were new stepbrothers and certainly not if they were brother and sister and my god, not unto the end of time if they were male and female step-siblings your age! triple that outright “NO” if they just recently became step-siblings!
